More NSW people invading

Andy (HAIGHIE) is invading our soil. So lets go for a cruise so he can invade it some more.

Start is a BP service station on Waterworks Rd, The Gap. If there is no parking, you can park at the golf course across the street.

Route:
http://goo.gl/maps/A3JOr

When?
Saturday January 5th at 11AM

Lunch?
There is this cafe called Pitstop on Mee which is car themed. That might be kind of cool. OR if you want a big lunch. The pub at Dayboro has a good feed.

http://www.pitstoponmtmee.com.au

From there on we will cruise back home via the highway (I will be) or you can turn around and go home via Nebo, thats up to you ladies.

What to bring?
A clean car
Yourself, a friend or partner (If you want to)
Some cash for lunch
Fuel (Get it at the BP)
CB radio if you have one...
Camera if you have one...

Also, Andy is keen on doing a run at the test on tune on Wednesday night. Register your interest here also.

also also, my 21st is 5 days after this. So bring me gifts if you want

How about we go this way https://maps.google.com.au/maps?sadd...r&via=1,2&z=10 as its only an hour cruise from Ashgrove to Mt Mee and there are some awesome places to stop along the way for photos? Wivenhoe Dam, Somerset Dam for example.
I also suggest bringing CB radios for this cruise as mobile reception maybe sketchy.

Do the old skool run we used to do years ago with agt, before agt cruising died in the bum.

Start BP petrol station on Waterworks Rd,
Up Mt Nebo,
Down Mt Glorious,
Thru Samford,
Thru Dayboro,
Up Mt Mee,
Home via Caboolture/Bruce Hwy.

Knowing the way Andy drives if you point him at a tight twisty road he will be happy, the more corners the bigger the grin.

That's the one. Was planning on doing all the jobs to the car that need to be doing over the xmas holiday fortnight. So I might bring the other car if the 323 is in pieces. And work pending also being a Saturday.

Thats cool, I am going to go my way home as the thought of driving home via the Bruce highway seems boring when I can go home via the fun roads.
Anyone who wants to follow me is welcome to try and keep up.

CRAP I just noticed its on a Sat. That most likely means I will be working as I am planning on taking Xmas-New Years off.

Haha I'll take mine down for a bit of fun since I'm on holidays. I'd imagine it'll be crazy however. I've got a wedding on the 5th I think which sucks.

I'm probably in for the cruise. Car's behaving pretty well now.

If you want to extend the cruise, I'd recommend clear mountain rd, its a nice drive, wayyyy underpoliced and is only a slight detour off the route above.

Its a left at eatons crossing road, left onto clear mountain then left onto winn and back to the route
