Morgan and Katie's SP20

2002 Mazda 323 Astina SP20

Purchased on the 25th June 2011 off private seller in Newcastle, NSW.

Silver, manual, 158,***kms, well looked after.

Previous owner had it for 7 years. Owner before that bought it brand new but he died shortly after. Spent most of the first 2 years of it's life under a sheet in a garage.

Anyway, will keep track of anything I do to her in here.

Some new pictures to kick us off

Being a 9 year old car, there are a few imperfections around the exterior. Main one is some corroded paint where bat poop was left for too long

Other is on the RHS rear quarter panel. Reversed into a trailer.

Cheers

Morgan

Nothing too intense.

-Clear side indicators should arrive next week
-I have chrome T10 globes to go with them to give the whole side a crisp look
-Will take the chrome rear indicator globes out the Outback I'm selling and put them on the SP20 and buy some new ones for the front. Hate orange!
-Silver or black calipers
-Personal plates
-20% window tinting

That's about it for the moment...

Pretty good list, just add 'slightly lower' to that and you're done.

Where are you getting the side indicators from?

Nice car, i have a SP20 myself! They have a fair bit of grunt for a little car! Good luck with the mods!

Installed clear side indicators

Used chrome globes that flash orange so it doesn't give that fried egg look

I've changed indicators on 5 cars now and both SP20s were the only ones that needed a cut and solder! Took about half an hr but it's all good

The ones I bought were identical to the stock ones I just twisted the bulb out and twisted it into the clear ones.
