OPERATION: 'bout time.

after a year of talking about it. finally started work on some handling gear for the stina.

todays mission involved a hunk of billet (purchased 12 months ago), a hacksaw and a 20 tonne press.
the result.

next stage will involve a milling machine, lathe and lots of polish!

it weighs 2 kilos and is about 3 times chunkier than a whiteline one. Dunno if its nessacary but meh. may as well find out!

cheers mike

nah its staying relativley square. the ends will be tapered down with a milling machine and the lathe will be used to turn up the bolts which will screw into it!

cheers mike

Let me know how you go with making the end plates. I want to make some new
ones as my brace is a BG one I got it way before anyone made one for the BA
the brace doesn't sit enough far forward and can foul against the bonnet if not
carefull.

Best of luck with it

Mal
