Rattly Brakes

Hi Guys, I recently changed the front brake pads in the astina, and since changing them the front left one rattles on crappy roads and pot holes..
I know the rattle is coming from the brakes because the rattle stops if i apply brake pressure.
From my inspection it looks like the pads are rattling on the pins that hold them in, because they have elongated holes for the pins that allow them to move..
That can't be right though can it? it is designed that way, and never rattled before.
Anyone had this happen before?

You should have two 'M' shaped springs that keep the pads under pressure and stop the pads rattling.

Also those thin metal plates stuck on with rubbery glue stop them squeaking etc

Oh nice, I'll grab a set of them, mine does have a little wire that connects the pins, but it only stops the pins coming out.. And looks different to the ones in the pic.

Thanks

Would they come with some sort of diagram for fitting? I can't quite picture how they would interconnect..
