hmmm scotty has the 1.8 SII astina. can you get ends for the 1.6 from whiteline??? Has anyone got an aftermarket one for the 1.6?? all i need is something to copy and it can all be done

the ends are the same, its the clearance which is the issue... the 1.8 goes almost straight across, the 1.6 has to go up in much the same way yours does

ummm yeah depending on the wheels. i know he redid his white HR racing wheels in white but when u go from a diffrent color paint all the powdercoat has to be stripped. it took me 5 hours to strip those strutbrace ends with paint stripper so thatll give u an idea of how much work is involved. if u get em sandblasted in the first instance then they may require metal polishing which is also an expensive process (ala. $90 per rim!!) best to get incontact with shaq and go from there. hes a mate from primary school and have been getting BMX and lowrider frames done by him since i was 15

ok i had a chat to shaq. he may have a BG rocker cover for exchange so your car wont be off the road at all. simply pick your color, recieve the new one, install it. and hand in your old one. $100
