thinkin about this for the interior, in a darker blue, and with standard seats up front.
been quoted a $1000 for black vinyl with blue suede inserts, havent asked how much just to replace the grey and leave the black suede ...

It does, but the car is mostly undercover most of the time.
you dont know how long I have been trolling the forums to find that photo, I absolutely love that interior, and thats my inspiration

Did you consider going with that place that does the leatherette seat covers with embossed logo etc? Pretty sure that was around $500, and I'm thinking you could get the doors redone for less than $500, meaning less than a grand in total.

they dont have the templates for the BJ astina, only BA & BG. For them to do the coverings they need your existing seat coverings, one thing I dont want to do. thats only for the 4 seats aswell, its more again for embroidery work & extra material for door cards, so realistically its close to $1000 plus then you have to put them on yourself..
$1000 i got quoted was for material, needle work & putting on the seats...

Yeah im just undecided if I want to go the whole "leather look", or just just get the grey fabric replaced...
spendings on the car has been put on hold for the moment, xmas pressies dont pay for themselves

JDM conversion is complete
Some people might not like the look, but was kinda over the altezza's... Why I said I am now all JDM, is that the US boys only got the 3 circled tails on all the Protege5's, and update the look with older style lights, basically the opposite we usually do, just with the clear lights... and for the record... I am keeping the tail lights!!!

Yeah, it's nice seeing a splash of red on the back again for the first time in years! I am thinking of keeping the ugly lumps or red and orange plastic on my Pulsar too. But mine's real JDM though.

The orange you can slightly see is the reflection from the indicator bulbs, might have to replace them with some chrome items Quote:
