insane....? or just GOOD??? :D

well, i think, alittle bit of both!!!!!
found this, just had to post it!!!

At the end of the Nürburgring's long straight, there's a brow that blends
seamlessly into a left-hand curve called Tiergarten. As we cruise over it,
Walter Röhrl says something so stunning, so impressive, it tells you
everything you need to know about what it's like to be Walter Röhrl,
Porsche's chief test driver.
'Zis is Tiergarten,' says Röhrl, who is giving me a corner-by-corner lap
of the Nordschleife in the 911 GT3, before we go out for a seriously quick
one. 'Up until three years ago zis corner was flat out in every car, but
now, with the Carrera GT...' Walter can't bring himself to say it,
'...with the Carrera GT I have to lift.'
And then, almost as an aside: 'I remember in one test in the 911 GT2, I
arrived here at 303 km/h, and it was starting to oversteer. At 303 I had
to open the steering, one hand wide.' He mimes a quarter turn of opposite
lock. 'This was the reason we decided to make 315-sized tyres on the back.
Before they were 295.'
Let's get one thing straight, Walter. You oversteered a 483 bhp rear-drive
911 GT2 in sixth at 190 mph, and because of that Porsche actually changed
the spec? How many customers are likely to feel the benefit of that,
exactly?
'Not many drivers in the world will go as fast, but somebody can make a
mistake; then it's helpful if the company has a test driver like me, who
has tried it and made it more safe.'

ok, let me get one thing straight!

WHO THE HELL will EVER use this extra grip??? lol, no one has the balls to do that!!!

Insane maybe but to oversteer a 483 bhp rear-drive 911 GT2 in sixth at 190 mph and get it back he is either very talented or has gonads the size of cantaloupes

I almost did when I passed the 200 meter mark on the of the front straight of Calder at over 220kmh in 5th, hit the brakes and nothing there
Pump, pump, pump, 4th. Pump, pump, pump, 3rd (you can compression lock a rotary). ops:
