would it have a smaller alternator cause its 1.5?

the reason it is so cheap is that mazda never released the 1.5L NA or 1.7L diesel engines into australian market in the astinas/proteges. especially since its missing mounts etc and probably no ecu to run it also.

edit/// opps, it's in the mazda 2 i think, but no one needs an engine yet.

the head is a straight bolt on to the BJ 1.6L engine, thus giving a honda b16a equiv
