It's an 06 Subaru STI front lip. The one below is exactly the same as the one I bought from the US of A, albeit a bit cheaper cause of our strong dorrar!

no positive camber he had 2 degree negative but has removed the camber bolts

but the photos were before the camber bolts.
the plates were $275 plus 90 a year in annual fees but becasue i only have 6 months rego left it only cost me 50 in annual fees on the spot
