Smile SP20 2001 100k service

SP20 2001 Timing belt or chain? Im doing 100k service

wat i have now
-spakies
-oil
-engine oil filter
-engine oil flush
-G box flter service kit
-G Box oil
-new poddie

do i need any more stuff to do? (money is no concern for my baby running good :P)

timing belt. if you do the rest you listed should be sweet for a while bar oil changes and coolant... check your pads and battery fluid level if its top uppable.. if you havnt changed the brake fluid for ages id do that too

look in the owners manual it tells you what required at what interval

Timing belt. You are also supposed to change your water pump at the 100k service but it you haven't had an problems you might be able to give it a miss - up to you in terms of your willingness to do it or $$ to pay someone else to.

100k service isnt too bad, but its the 120k that will get you. A heap of stuff to inspect, change pretty much all fluids including brake fluid etc. If you are having to change the gearbox fluid, then I guessing you have an auto???

yeh water pump i forgot to mention but if it looks fine and doesnt leak its probably ok its just easier to do it when its all apart... also the tensioner spring should be replaced with the belt

has your powersteer a/c and alt. belts been changed? do them too if they look worn
and check the drivers side engine mount

ive already done the mount my self. 20 000 ago

I had tensioner spring needing replacement as well.

Apparently it should be done at teh same time.
