Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but getting 50kw atw with $2k aint going to happen.

First Step you've already done, next would be a CAI, after that ECU. Then after those, you've cams, pistons, port work, but thats a good 3x over the $2k budget when all together.

I doubt they are getting 130KW total with a FS ZE + ECU, and that's going to set you back 3K+

First off -Welcome To AstinaGT

And to your question i don't think you'll come close with 2k budget for 130kw.

Do you know what your KW atw is at the moment ?

JDM FS-ZE would help, but that's like $1k right there.

On a FS engine? Count down to destroyed engine and gearbox unless he's done something to it.

Other then one guy in the states about 8 years ago, AFAIK at present my car is the highest hp FS/FP N/A car, about 5-6k later in the build and im at about 120kw @ wheels.

120 killer wasps is 160 horse powers so I wouldn't say impossible - at least I hope not because I am hoping to achieve that. However, a $2k budget isn't going to cut it to reach that mark.

CIA is a good start. If you are looking for the feeling of a faster car, the look at better suspension, weight reduction etc.

Look at BC coilovers. There like $1200-1400 isn't mark.

As far as making that power. Not going to happen easily.
The thing with these cars is you can't TUNE them.
No one has been able to break the factory coding to change parrameters.

The only way is to go standalone-piggyback but your looking at about 2.5k just to have it put in and tuned and that's before any other mods and then your really limited to what yo can get out of the stock engine.

Cams would be your next step and they start at like 600+ but you can even run them properly with out after maker ECU as there to wild for the stock unit.

What type of car does your mate have ??

Can boosting a stock FS motor. Your very limited to power with it like 10psi and a very safe tune. And again you'd need after market ECU.
