Jynx: hmm.. from what David is saying, I think he wants me to get a bigger intercooler, therefore more space in it, thus creating a pressure drop? rather than a small intercooler to restrict air flow and starve the turbo? does that make sense?

With a bigger intercooler, i should be able to up the boost without needing another intercooler?

big intercooler = better cooling?
