isnt E10 91 unleaded with 10% ethanol??
cus if it is it only has a RON of 94.8 compared to a regular (for eg yellow shell pump) which is 95.. so isnt it the same?? as well the anti knock rating of E10 is about 88.5 compared to the anti knock rating of 91 for 95RON.. what i was refering to is crappy petrol all up (perhaps watered down??) |

Both the engine and clutch have ticked over 1000km. Time to drop the oil for new stuff and then take the car for a good trash.

its only done it since the new tank, i noticed when filling up they had made changes to the fuel, more performance for less or something but its the petrol i've used for the last 4 months so who knows it didn't do it today when i tried to show dad and i put my foot down hard and it wouldn't do it. So maybe it was a bit of bad fuel i had in my tank or something cause i did once put e10 but that was a few months back

Hey dudes...
Been a while... I have been so damn busy, hey. I changed my number plate bulbs, well one of them, because the other ones wire isn't long enough, so I have to pull the interior of the tail gate off so I can get in behind... (oh.. there your mind goes... straight to the gutter!). Other than that, I changed my interior light back to white, as red was giving me the ****S!

I got in so much trouble for using 91 in my old car that was a Hyundai SCoupe.. but then it starting dying so I wasn't going to waste money on better fuel for my $200 pocket (non)rocket. Up to a better fuel.. like 95, that's what I use on the Honda.. and stay clear of Shell. I don't trust them. BP FTW!!
