Hi all,
Update: I've gotten interest in the springs and headlights. Also, what do you all think this car is worth on the market (with mods)? Redbook.com.au is showing surprisingly high resale value for SP20s. |

Hi Brad,
Yup the black headlights would look pretty hot on a black SP20. Someone else has already shown interest in the headlights, but if that doesn't work out I'll let you know. I still prefer to sell the car as is, so if you know anyone interested, please let me know. Cheers. |

Intake / Extractors / Exhaust for sale
Hi all,
I've decided the intake/exhaust is coming off the car, so let me know if you are interested: * $120 Cold Air Induction: stainless steel tubing with K&N cone filter * $200 OBX/Forza 4-1 stainless steel extractors, 2” outlet * $120 Custom 2.25” stainless mid-pipe with Magnaflow high flow cat * $400 Racing Beat 2.375” mandrel bent stainless cat back – one of the best sounding and highest quality catbacks designed for the SP20! Or $800 for the complete intake/exhaust system. The whole system will bolt on to your engine and existing exhaust hangers - no welding required. So you can easily install it yourself and save on installation costs. I have all the instructions if you need them. Cheers, coldie. |

Any pictures of the exhaust and intake to show condition, clamp types configuration etc?
I was about to order the RB catback, but this could save me some hassles with fitting. Is your midpipe the same as the U.S. spec that bolts to a J pipe? This would ease the possible transition to the MSP turbo kit one day. I have an BJ Astina 1.8 that has a different exhaust configuration. Would all that stuff fit in the back ok with the seats down?

Hi,
I haven't had a chance to take photos of the intake/exhaust yet, but I'll put them up this weekend. The exhaust system goes: engine -> extractors -> midpipe (with hiflow cat) -> RB catback Each of the above components are interchangeable with the stock version of the components, so you could swap the extractors with the stock exhaust manifold, swap the midpipe with the stock midpipe, etc, and they will bolt straight on. I think the midpipe should be the same as the US spec protege (non turbo version) since their exhaust setup is almost identical to ours. Not sure if it will bolt onto the MSP though. The stuff fits in the back with one seat down, no problem. Cheers, coldie |
