Help - How do I remove the side air con vents

HELP

How do i remove the air con vents near the doors in a bg astina (without breaking them)

pull the whole dash board out because there screwed from behind

oh well, i was hoping that it would just pull out like the center one but it gives me an excuse to fix the fresh/recirc thingy on my air con so its all good.
