Astinaboi's custom pulsar show car teaser.

hey gang as some may know i was thinking of making the pulsar into something as close to a show car as possible. Well since monday i have been fabricating and fiddling with the car and its slowly coming together.. This thread is just to give u an idea of what it will look like in the end. im hoping to get it all on the car by friday.

Just so u know this will be the only pulsar with this body kit in australia and im pretty sure the world as it is a full custom job of which im proud to say i did 90% of the work. ITs good to be sponsored

- Custom Veilside front bar modified to fit
- Custom side skirts made for a 2002 wrx
- Bonnet is now painted in 2pac black
- headlights have been redone
- Will fabricate some rear corner pods as i dont like any rear bar on offer.
- Interior is all installed and retrim is underway on all doors and front speaker pods.
- Im thinking of either airbrusing or having a nice decal on the bonnet either way the AJ logos will be over the car as its now sponsored.

will take progress pics 2moro. i got alot on my phone but cant transfer them

Sounds like ure really building it up to be a real show stopper!

I have one thing that could be done to ure bonnet, cut out some wholes and get flames airbrushed behind them

Here's a foto of the Gf's lancer with the same layout before acco...

Just a suggestion.

Marc

I think if you have a unique kit airbrushing would detract from it,

depends how subtle the airbrushing is..

but you are right..airbrushing conjures up all manner of images of woefully overdone showcars with airbrushing..

ok i managed to fit the sideskirts on and the front bar. everything is geting primed tonight by one of the painters and il finish it off 2moro. There are a couple of gap issues im having with the front bar and without wasting allot of time re fiberglassing it im just going to solve it another way. besides for my first ever bodykit that i did and to make it as custom as it is in 1 working week is pretty dam good attempt.

hope its ready to take pics of tomorrow night and il post them up..

on other news i still havent seen those pics nate b was supposedly ment to put up.

Early December to be exact, I got bored that night and posted them up for her . Too bad there aint gonna be any airbrushing on the bonnet no more when it gets fixed, from when we had the acco back at the end of november it left quite a big dent and left it warped
