Seat belt question

Hi,

I need to replace a rear (driver side) seat belt on my 323 SP20 (2002). The only part I actually need is the strap that goes around waist and shoulder (dog chew through it). I am currently in the process of trying to locate one.

Questions
- Do I need to get a driver side rear or can it be a passenger side rear as well?
- Can I simple get a seat belt from any ordinary 323 (does it have to be from hatch or it can come from sedan)?
- Any other alternatives/suggestions?
