Mobile phone or not the rider was traveling at an insane speed and had no way of avoiding the accident. If you saw a vehicle 200-300m away you would assume it was safe to pull out. It's not that motorcycles are unsafe or riders careless however there is a lunatic fringe who are dangerous because they don't think of the consequences and think they are immortal.

In this incident the Swedish police indicate that no actions were taken.
With whom are they gonna take action with? Everyone involved is dead.

standard procedre is to cut them out, not to mention there could be around 24L of blood in the car. i remember seeing that one of these was staged, but that was a car wrapped round a tree for "art"

i dont think this is a result of a accident.. think this was staged. i have seen many videos and photoes of actual crashes (on the crash sceene stuff) and there is a whole lot more blood than this in the seats alone, not the mention te rest of the car, as well as the jaws of life will usualy cut more than one piller to get people out.. also if the bike hit at this speed fuel tank would rupture and something would catch on fire.. also the roof is way to collapsed for a simple roll over (and 10feet for a roll over is WAY too short) the story doesnt match up with the pics. if, however, the story read that this is what a crash of a motorbike going at a very high speed hitting a car would look like (as in staged) i would totaly belive it

ever shot a fuel barrel with fuel in it? if you shoot below the fuel level it wont ignite. hell they have even shot lpg tanks with shotguns still no bang. ruptured tank dont mean fire. and as for blood i am sure that they would have cleaned it for display.

I'm not talking bout fuel igniting on impact, I'm referring to a ruptured tank that would leak on to something extremely hot like exhaust or crushed electrical wiring while th battery is still connected.. I am aware it's near impossible to explode a tank by shooting at it but introducing fuel on to a hot place does the trick, like those ford pintos that exploded ages ago. So they cleaned it and jammed the bike back in there?

They mean that the rider took no action to stop/avoid the accident.
Basically because he had no time to.

Steve.
