FS: [NSW] - 1999 Ford Laser KN 1.8L
Well guys, sad to say, but the Fazda Lastina must be sold....
I'm heading overseas in 2 weeks, and by the time I come home, she needs to be in someone else's hands, who can enjoy the awesome handling and power she gives. Anyone who knows me, can contest to how fantastic the Laser has been to me. Anyone who doesn't, can ask anyone on these forums, and they will be able to tell you how immaculate and enjoyable it is to drive. For anyone reading this AGT thread, I'm selling it at a lower price than advertised elsewhere for $9500 ono. Here's some details: In the 3.5 years I have owned this car, it has been my pride and joy. I have regularly serviced and cared for it. Any new buyer will be extremely impressed with the quality and handling of the car!! It has FULL 12MTH REGO and 12mth old Bridgestone Potenza III - great tread and fantastic handling! I only put the new rego label on last Wednesday. The fuel economy is amazing, averaging 700km/tank highway driving and 450/500km per tank city driving. It is such a great car to drive - if I wasn't going overseas, I'd still be driving it! It has a sporty feel and handling, a joy to drive, so smooth and effortless, but still having the control of a manual transmission. Apart from the 10,000km service, it's never required further maintenance. There's HEAPS OF EXTRAS, including: Under the Hood: - A1 mechanically sound - 1.8 litre engine - quite powerful! - New clutch - Timing belt replaced at 100,000km - Uni Filter (Flatbed) for better airtake and fuel economy - Iridium Spark Plugs Exterior: - Bridgestone Potenza GIII 195/60H R14 - lots of tread left; fantastic grip! - Osram SilverStar H4 Driving/High-Beam Globes for white, crisp vision at night - Clear side indicators Interior: - Kenwood CD headunit - fantastic sound - SP20 sports seats (still have the originals which will come with the car) - Ford Laser SR floormats Suspension: - King low lowering springs (original factory Ford ones available) - Front Strut Brace - Whiteline 22mm Rear Sway bar I hope it goes to a buyer who appreciates it just as much as I do. I will be sad to see it go. Have consistently been insured with AAMI. PM me to find out more and arrange a time for a test drive. BE QUICK! FIRST TO SEE WILL BUY! This car has a strong engine and is quite pokey, moreso than regular BJ/KN 1.8s funnily enough, so I guess it was built on a good day or run in properly...
Happy sellagé. Gav. |

DING DONG!
SOOOOOLLLLLDDDD! BAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH i'm so sad, but at the same time, now I can fund myself a new laptop and my rent for next month. So if anyone sees Fazda Lastina scooting around Port Macquarie, make sure you blow her a kiss from me. I miss her dearly. Public transport sucks ass.
