probably old question but - 1/4mile time for V6 astina?

does anyone know what the 1/4mile time is for a 1996 V6 astina?

i have looked through old posts and found nothing

hmm i cant remember - i dont think it's been asked since the old old board corrupted...

i'd guess a high 15/low 16 tho...

anyone got an old copy of Wheels?

hmm

thanks guys.

i have been looking for the numbers for a while but couldn't find them...

my father-in-law tells me it went pretty good, there was one story of him racing one of my school friends. father-in-law in the astina, school friend in VT commodore.. the astina won, twice

i was thinking 'Wheels got a 17!?!??!?' :shock:

but then i remembered that they test with 2 people in the car and the Corriveit timing equipment...

as the 1.8 does it wquicker than that.

i'd go by the Motor one

and the 1.8 is sumfin like 9.8 0-100. (motor mag obviously)
