G'day All
Hey everyone,
been surfing these forums for about a month now since i purchased my: '96 Mazda 323 Astina So as i mentioned i've owned the car for about 6 weeks and had my P's for about a month now. I live in charlestown, Newcastle, if anyone has seen me around flash your lights next time It's a lovely car to drive, i unfortunately as much as i'd like to, don't have alot of money to do any serious mods. Planning to: Get the entire car resprayed... or at least just the wing. Hard to see from the photo but the wing has no paint on it. Also just to the right of the badge on the front of the car you might be able to notice some nice scratches along that... Some lady with a trolley at a shopping centre tagged me Get some HID lights put in because i have to drive with the highbeams on all the time to have decent visibility at night. Wire up my interior neon lights to the lighting circuit to free up my cigarette lighter to power other things, probly a TomTom knowing my sense of direction. (Might need some guidance of how to get apart the dash and all that jazz). Anyway thats the end of my intro. ~Mikey Last edited by mikey_something; 18-02-2012 at 06:06 PM. |

nuuueeeewwwwssssss! Like it! Welcome. Unless the scratches are bad, seems a smite overkill to paint the whole car? Looks good to me
Is it a 4 or a 6? I always wanted to drive the 1.8/2.0L V6's If it's a 4, that's cool too

looks like a 4 banger due to the lack of airbags and fog lights.
indeed overkill if only the rear wing is scratched. just paint that yeh? oh, hello and welcome to agt. |

Thanks all,
Its a 1.8L I4 :P Well spotted project.r. Theres just some ugly chips all over the sides as well that concern me a little is the reason for wanting an entire respray. If anyone could recommend anyone that can touch up spots though thats a path i might take. Theres a few stone chips that i'm concerned are down to the metal and parking near the beach a lot.... well i'm not fond of rust. Last edited by mikey_something; 13-10-2009 at 09:54 PM. |
