Yeah they have, as per the 1000s of news articles in the past few days. A tow truck arrives within 4 minutes, and the car is moved by the 7 minute stage.

Either my speedo is WAY out or people are still doing 60-65km/h in the tunnel only. Spent the whole trip in the right hand lane passing people, until I came to a right lane hog who was doing 60 in it.

ARe people still gawking or everyone afraid to do the speed limit?

I'm sure everyone is either claustrophobic when they go though the tunnel or they are paranoid about speed cameras.

Everyone always seems to be going at about 65 every time I have been through the tunnel
It doesn't matter if its busy or quiet.
Everyone does 65???

But I have also noticed that everyone slows down to 50 before they go over the kangaroo point speed camera.

Basically, stay in the two tunnel lanes will take you to Lutwyche Road. You then have the option of going back to the city by turning left or heading up to Aspley or the Sunshine Coast by turning right.

If you take the exit to the left just after the portals, then you will end up going to the ICB. Going to the left lane will take you towards Kingsford-Smith Drive, whereas the right lane will take you back towards Hale Street.

It will all change again when Airport Link is completed

at half price though, then after a few weeks it will be full price, but if people stop using it or arnt too happy with the prices being full they may do discounted rates...

Not quite right on the first one, as for 5 weeks there will be free travel between midnight and 5am and then the toll will be discounted by 30% outside of this period.

Once, the toll period starts they may length the reduced toll period depending on traffic flows.

lol i bet tht whn it goes back to full fare (4.30) one way not many ppl will use it. so the ones that do will get decent improvement, then other ppl will start using it untill the point it becomes congester (over a period of time) then noone will use it period cus of the toll + congestion
which sucs cus im hoping other ppl use it so that the free way is a lot less congested for me

Probably the only place you could go for a 100km in an 80 zone and lose your license in less than 3 minutes
