Maybe no one has any information on these products. Actually, I don't think anyone has the Mazdaspeed suspension kit. I'm sure if someone did they'd have posted already.

We're all friends here man, no need to get upset.

have a look through everyones readers rides if you dont believe one of our mose respected members dude, noone has mazdaspeed stuff simply because its not common in australia. like you say you have only seen them on japanese cars as thats where mazdaspeed lives.

in australia your more likely to find whiteline and KYB sporducts for your car

sometimes peoples threads go a miss..no need to get narky about it

cheers mike

mazdaspeed is mainly a US based endeavour. They have moved onto the Protege5 so wont see any new products for the BA range i dare say.

Mazdaspeed is overpriced and you can get same if not better through other means.
The springs are Eibach so you can simply buy them direct and the shocks look to
be KYB AGX's yet they never released the AGX here for a BA Astina, I asked.
Personally I would go Koni's as they are rebuildable.

Regards

Mal

yeah kinda what mike said

With the Koni inserts, i can't go as low as i want to because the konis are just too tall. i've still got another 2cm i could go down on my coilover sleeves - and it's kinda a waste to hack into perfectly good konis - if you could find someone to do it, as not even Koni want to.

so one day what i'll do is get some standard ones shortened and revalved...one day

Dan the locating bolt thread at the bottom of the strut that
holds the insert into the strut is about 2cm thick. You can cut
the bolt and thread to 1cm to give you another cm of drop.
Not much but is almost half an inch, wont hurt.

Regards
