... crack ... oh F@rk ... new wheels now on !!!!!!!!!!!

well ... .went to check the aftermath from last nights flat tire and found this ....



so its time for some new wheels ... i am looking at getting a set of 17 spoke wheels in 17 215 R40's but dont know what rubber i am going to get yet any ideas

yeah its already down 30mm so i dont think i want ot drop it any more.... you cna have a look tomorrow night anyways

mind your off set if your getting 215 wide tyres. i`ve got 205 tyres and theres only about 15mm clearance at my rear struts.
also the n/s/f tyre rubbed on the inner plastic wheel arch but i managed to fix that with a self tapper.
check my motor out, they`re a kind of in between silver and charcoal colour. think its called power silver.
nice crack by the way........one of my favourite chat up lines! :lol:

How the bloody hell did that happen??? Did you have to drive out of the pot hole?? This wheel takes the cake.. previously held by my past next door neighbor and one of those star pickets they use for fencing punching a neat hole through the front wheel of his 350Z..

i hit a curb doing about 10km's an hour, must have bent the rim ... and then it went bang later that night. only found out this morning when i went to see how big the puncture was

That would have been a nice little surprise if you were travelling speed. Also that rim most likely was faulty to crack like it did. :shock: :shock:

nate - bob jane @ chermside does pretty good deals. i got my wheels and tyres from there when i had my civic on interest free. they got the wheels and tyres cheaper than a mate i know who has a tyre shop!!!
