First thing it needs it a wash followed by a cut and polish.

Yep... best thing to stop the paint in good order is polish. Trick is to do it regularly I.E. once very 6 months.

gotta get my hands on some black series 1/2 door cards, i miss the door pockets also tried starting today and.... No compression whatsoever, it was actually in 5th gear and was able to push it around by myself, the gearstick was so floppy that i thought it was in neutral!

I don't think series 1&2 ever came in black interiors, they were either the blue/green or grey from memory.

Hmm, even the grey door cards would work really, but if anyone is up for it I'll swap my entire interior for a grey one

the point i was trying to makwe was ALL S3s had a airbag. it was only an oprion for S1/S2s. so you cannot swap to an older interior if it came from a car without an airbag.

I probably have a good wheel here in the boxes of stuff. Pretty sure I have a bj wheel identical shape to the ba ones.
Also apologies for mis reading. Yrs I use meguires stuff. Ultimate compound is amazing especially on red cars. Then liquid wax. Or scratchx then liquid wax if so inclined. Last edited by Clean_Cookie; 20-05-2014 at 08:58 AM. |
