How to solve "most" electrical Gremlins
Poor or corroded Earth mount points on the body of your car are 99% of the drama.
So, one by one remove the earthing straps and put a STAR washer on the bolt. Then insert the bolt back into the strap & add another STAR washer & tighten. As it tightens these washers bite into the earth strap & into the mounting surface giving an excellent way for zero no rusting / oxidization / corrosion problems Same can be done on your alternator & starter motor !
