Best Wheel and tyre packages central coast nsw

Hey guys can anyone recommend any tyre and wheel package place on the central coast?
I have a 92 bg and want to change the 14" to 15" without it costing an arm and leg

depends on what wheels you want and quality also depends on what tyres you want and what quality. This could be anywhere from $1000 to $5000 so you need to be more specific.
There are plenty of places in Sydney which isn't far if you cant find anything on the coast.

Yeah, I heard alot of people from the central coast actually drive and pick up wheel packages from sydney shops as its cheaper and more to pick from.

Personally have a look at gumtree.com.au you can pick up a good second hand set with tyres for cheap.

What size wheels were you after ? 16'' ? 17'' ? 18'' ?

90% who live with in a half day driving turn up at Sydney shops.

I remember one morning back way back. at tempe tyres 3 cars turned up all P-platers with Mum and dad on board buying rims etc.

If money is the higher issue - but want a look, best to drive down best on weekday but either way. About from $800 for 16inch these days packaged fitted. IMO it's not worth having them shipped if you don't know what style etc you want or WHAT will fit. I've heard so many many asks for return because wrong offset - width. Many wanting X width - or getting greedy thinking 9inch rims is perfect. At least at any of the major players in Sydney you can put the rim in person against the car and if they have they type size and style and offset etc available.

I needed new tyres recently, so I watched gumtree and ebay ('cause I'm a cheap bugger) :D

I found a good set of 195/60R15's on Auscar mags (way less gutter rash than my old ones) for $150, about 50km drive from my place.

If you're not looking for a specific rim and aren't in a hurry, you can be lucky.
