Yeah I know what you mean about the 300 forum.
Seems like a competition of all sorts, with personal attacks from time to time for some forum members and recently a rogue mechanic keeping member cars for 1 years+ and doing a runner.. As well as another member selling a 60" TV won in competition then doing a runner for $2.5k or something. All sorts of things are happening over there, but still a helpful place.
I strictly just keep to Buying section of forum and ask technical questions whenever I get really stuck fixing my own 300.
It wasn't until I spent some time on a Corolla forum I thought to myself theres actually other forums where ppl are extremely helpful the above and beyond sort while sensible at the same time.
Wow I would love to see the 1997 300zx with 50k on the clock.. I would be worried if the odo was clocked back or not though with these cars, but if its looks smells fresh then it should be mint!
Yep I think I'll test drive this weekend at a car yard something.. see whats nearby me for private sellers as well.
