Yeh i put a K&N pod filter into my SP20. It's just made out of a few peices of PVC pipe connected together.

I just removed the stock airbox and resonator, measured the pipe width and bought PVC pipe that was the same size as original. Cut the PVC pipe to correct length so that i could feed it into the hole under the windscreen wiper reservoir in engine bay. Attatched the pod onto the end of the pipe and added a bit of foam insulation into he area that my pod filter sits in

From memory the air flow meter has a rubber ring around it? So all you have to do is measure the diameter of the little rubber ring and drill a hole into the PVC pipe the same size. Then you can just push the AFM in and it should be a perfect fit.

Sorry this isn't a really complete DIY guide but I think you can work out how to do most of it yourself. I did this quite a while ago now and can't remember the exact details and measurements but you can see a few of the photos i took in this gallery
