Help needed, BG taillights,parkers and instrument lights not working!

Hey,

I have problem.

The parking lights, rear tail lights and instrument cluster lights in my Bg astina do not work.

checked the interior and engine bay fuse boxes and nothing was blown.
checked all bulbs and they weren't blow either.
Had a look at headlight/parker stalk and bridged out the terminals and they had no effect, although i don't have a set of wiring diagrams.

Any suggestions?

I'm a electrician by trade, (industrial) but don't know this car very well.
