17 or 18 inch rims for SP20?

After alot of research, I am still wondering if I should go for 18s on my SP20 or settle for 17s and have no problems with rub etc.

I just hope that if I choose 17s they do not look too small and wish I went for 18s in the first place? FYI - The car has standard springs and no rolled guards.

If you have 18s on your car, tell me what the ride quality is like?

These are the rims I was thinking about (all black options)
Konig Runaway, Konig Zero or Avanti Mazer Black

Thanks!

I was thinking of 18's but eventually stuck with 17's with a slighly higher profile. Doesn't look too small at all. Just got mine last thursday (DV-6 Tenzo's lightweight rims 215/45). Apart from the fact that they scrub cos they're a bit wide, nothing a bit of gaurd rolling won't fix, i love the 17's. I'm still running stock suspension also. Also depends on what you're going for, for instance, i've decided not to go blingy and stick to race styling plus i do a few cruises so i don't want it to scrub or be to heavy in the unsprung weight department. Stiving for the Zoom-Zoom if ya get my drift.

I went with 17's using the Advanti Vienna's with 215x40 tyres

I went for 17s as the design I liked in 18s was not going to fit
This is the design I ordered on the weekend
Konig Runaway (Shadow Black)

Will post pics once I have them fitted, just need to save for some springs too.
