Putting a KF-ZE from an auto Lantis into a manual Lantis

The head gasket in my 1998 Mazda Lantis Type R Manual has just blown and I've assessed my options and found an automatic 1993 Mazda Lantis online with a KF-ZE engine in it and was just wondering if i could put that engine into my manual Lantis with no issues? I have the transmission and everything as my car is manual, so would I be able to drop this factory automatic engine into my factory manual Lantis?
It also may be noteworthy that the donor car is a 4 door sedan, and the car it's engine is going into is a 4 door coupe

Should be a straight swap. I'd keep your intake and throttle body though.

Thanks but may I ask why I'd need them? Sorry if it's a dumb question, never swapped an engine before

The throttle linkage is likely different between manual and auto.

Would you suggest keeping the throttle body off my blown engine and putting it onto the donor engine? Sorry for all the questions, I'm a noob with all this stuff
