They come up for sale every now and then in the States so I certainly don't think that this will been close to the last set that is put up for sale.
With international shipping - it will cost you an arm and a leg to get them over here. USPS got rid of ground shipping and now everything from the States has to come by air. I would guess a cost of somewhere between US$75 and US$100 per wheel. Now, IIRC those wheels are quite heavy, maybe 22 pounds each (10 kilograms each). USPS may have a 20 pound limit for international shipping - something to check out. The next thing that you will have to check is dimensions of the rims and whether they will fit within the girth measurements. Your biggest problem is going to be convincing the US seller to go to the trouble of boxing up four rims and sending them via international post. They are nice rims though! And you would be one of only a handful of people that have them in Oz!

I looked into this a couple years back, was something rediculous like $800 ontop of the $400 purchase price
Only set I know of existance in Australia would be of a former member Zed,

Postage is going to be USD$650ish, as they've got to be sent individually.
You can work it out here http://ircalc.usps.gov/Default.aspx?country=10013
