Exclamation How Low?? How Much?? Where Abouts??

Hey guyz jus wana noe info about springs for a mazda 323 astina BG...ive been quoted $360 supplied and fitted for Lovell Springs 3inch front and rear....duz anyone noe if ders cheaper?? and how low can u really go with astinas?? aslong as you can still turn the wheels lol...thankz for the help..

if u mean 3 inch drop thats way too much especially if you have 16" rims....i got a quote for king springs for $200 as with Dobinson springs....

a little tip is that you take a ruler and measure the distance between the wheel arch and how low you want it to sit ... you now have an exact measure of how much you want to lower it ... i'd suggest leaving a bit of space for how much a load of meat will lower the car too

yeh but i dont haf 16inch rims der hubbies, n how low were they sayin for dobinson springs? n was dat supplied n fitted

$200 but thats not fitted...i fit most of my omds myself.....this price is off ebay but wouldnt be much more for retail....

lovels do the LOWS which is prob what ya should do...means its not toooo low but still low...or you can go super lows if ya want...but youll have to make sure you get the right rims with right offsets and width and everything...

Personally I wouldn't go super lows. I was considering it till the guys here straightened me out. Now I've got white line lows on order. You won't get enough suspension travel from the S/L therefore it's be a really rough ride and it won't handle particularly well. On top of that your wheels will probably get a lot more damage from pot holes and what no. It isn't fun driving on a dented wheel, a friend of mine did it 4 a while. Kinda scary at higher speeds too.

i have an astina 92 and she is lowered on super lows all round on 17" rims and i dont have much problem what so ever.
