help....car wont start anymore!!

hey guys i was wondering if anyone could help me..
i own a 1990 astina 323 with the 1.8 DOHC engine
i was driving and whilst driving normally my car lost all its power and the revs were decreasing rapidly even wen throttle was open and as soon as i put my clutch in it stalled and now it cant start

any advice on whats wrong??

i have changed my AFM with a 1.8 SOHC ford laser , still no luck... are they generally the same?
