2000 Protege Headlight Adjustment

Hey Guys,

Not sure if I have posted in the correct section or not, but I'll continue anyway...

So as some of you would know (if any of you have read my worklog), I have bought some HID's. I'm getting some projectors soon, and I am just wondering how to adjust the headlights when the time comes. I have had a look already at anything obvious, and I can not see anything, only two 10mm screws. I haven't attempted to 'loosen/tighten' these screws as I'm afraid I might screw something up (no pun intended

), so I just want clarification as to how to adjust these headlights.
