custom cai design and fabricated entirely by me, k&n pod filter. color coded engine cover and fuse box cover to match strut brace.

custom tuned powerchip gold.

se20 genuine black headlights, black taillights, clear repeaters. deleted side strip. all external badging black. mazdaspeed badges replace sp20 decals.

customized front bar with black mesh in lower air dam, vents below foggies with black mesh. left hand vent pipes to bottom of air box directly below pod filter.

king springs superlows, 18 x 7.5 TIG rims 215/35/18 nexen 3000 tyres, hand painted calipers

retrimed seats in marine vinyl black/yellow with sp20 ebroidered in. trimmed dash pad and shifter boot, color coded dash panels, silver instrument cluster surround. custom edged mats.

short shifter, oil pressure and volts speco gauges below head unit.

kenwood head unit, viscom dvd player, cadence 10.2" roof mount, kicker 6.2 splits, 2 x 12" kicker subs, kenwood amp for speakers, kicker kx400.1 monoblock for subs.

dynoed at 79.9fwkw on a 32 degree day @ 1pm with massive heat soak, with a crappy exhaust setup and poor intake setup. so hopefully a few more kw's now. will get it done again.

mws78 thanks mate. i work for holden as an electrician and we have a guard makers section. all the sheet aluminium and s/steel you need, plus folders, benders, etc.

on a quiet arvo shift, plenty off time to do stuff. just measured and made it up. the airbox is made of aluminium. i made everything there, the airbox, aluminium brackets, s/steel heat sheild and designed the intake pipping setup. all up though thats the third and best design i have put in and the most effective.
