FS : [QLD] Short Shifter, suit any front wheel drive 323

hey ya guys and gals. I have up for sale as of ... now ... no wait a minute .. wait a minute ... NOW! a cut down stock SP20 shifter. that will fit any model astina or 323 sedan (as far as i know!)

gives a nice gear stick height and the effect of a shorter throw, plus its a fraction of the price of the TWM unit without the super tight (two hands on the gearstick and it still wont move style) shift!

best reasonable offer wins (TWM was $160 landed so you tell me what is fair on this), ill repaint it for you too if you smile nicely enough. you will have to have an aftermarket knob, or screw the stock nob down with the use of lots of muscles as the thread for the knob is oversized slightly, but who uses the ****ty stock knob??

Heya peeps, I run a Chicaboo motorsports enhanced shortened stock shifter myself. I really like the feel of it, the throw could be a bit shorter, but it's not a $#!T to muscle into gears like the TWM is when you have a shot box...

And for those who think they will just shorten their stocko themselves? Errr, buy Nates, you get all the benefits without using fire, ice and acid trying to remove the strongest most powerful stickiest eurethane known to man from the stock cast weight after you spend hours delicately cutting and prioring that off! And then you have to sand it and repaint it 5 times...

Anyone who's seen my car lately, that's the sort of look and feel you'll get from Nates.

Gav.

That's right, after all the time it took me to shorten mine, I just bought a knob that goes on with grub screws so I didn't ruin my Mazda3 gearknob by rethreading it for a larger thread (has a steel thread from memory).
