Mechanical day is the go... Alot of QLD members are playing with BPTs now, mainly BG owners, but this will include BA owners also. Time to get together, talk parts, options, costs, etc. Talk some smack, get our hands dirty, play with some boost. Then clean up and go have some arvo dinner somewhere nice.
Sorry BJ owners, nothing for you. Your engines are made from poo poo!!! And you are gay, but are still included tho. LOL Ryan p.s. There is a BPT here that we can play with. Go at it!!! Someone just bring an engine stand and muscles, as I have neither here. LOL |

ok ok ok ....Dav my friend im John, to some im annoying ( but i dont give a sh@t), very open, and always speak my mind but am never afraid to be corrected.....anyway....mechanical day would be awesome as working with BPT's would give me great insight for my rebuild next year...(also i can bring my book and jot down some much needed opinions...) talking prices and collection of parts would help to, as well as hybrid...( i know i can read threads but talking is so much more fun) ryan im very interested in motorkana;s and would be plzed to race once i have the funds....(probably 2nd year)....as for BJ's well yeah every car has there downfall.....like tina said ....fun fun fun.....

maybe if you gave some input into what you would like to do. do you want a cruise or a catch up, i think we should stick to the drive and then go bowling idea, because most ppl seemed to like that idea, all we need to really organise is a date so maybe everyone should put their availability up and than we can organise something final. that being said if anyone is to go to any kind of trouble to organise this (like book a lane or 2) people have to turn up, like if you say your goin to come dont pull out at the last minute and if u cant come dont say you will. i think thats fair enough hey.

by the looks of it im gonna goto a test n tune at willowbank raceway on the 29th of sept...
These events are to cater for any competitor to bring their vehicle for Testing. Entry is on the day at the gate. Saturday Events - Gates open at 4pm and runs commence at 4.30pm Wednesday Events - Gates open at 5pm and runs commence at 5.30pm To run at these events you need: Requirements for a car - helmet to Australian Standards, long sleeve shirt, long pants & covered shoes. Requirements for a bike - helmet to Australian standards, leather jacket or equivalent, long pants, boots & gloves. Cars can not run quicker than 10.99 sec Bikes can not run quicker than 10.00 sec To run quicker than these you will need an ANDRA licence. Cost $36 to race, admits the driver and one other. Spectators $18 adults, $16 students with ID Children 13 & under are free. im interested in going to see how the car goes...im sure theres a few others out there in the same boat...
