MPS 3 : What I traded for my MPS

Here are some pictures of what I traded to get into my MPS. I bought it new in 2003, I had to wait 2 weeks to get a black one. It was lowered with Kings super lows (sold to Jazza) before it even had 1000kms on the clock.

From here it gets blurry. The wing was fitted early 2004 (still for sale atm) The tailights were fitted late 2004 (sold to Cass) and the rims were fitted as std grey @10,000 kms in mid 2005. The CAI (sold to Mad Matt) was fitted in mid 2007 along with the S/S muffler (both made by me). Weeks later I bought a 2nd set of RX8 rims and had them polished and fitted.

Looking good so far, but I needed more, hence the front bar (also still for sale, lol) I bought this in May 2007, fitted it, didn't like it the way it was, so I modded it, but never fitted it, Damn I'm lazy.

Fast forward to December 2007. Time for the stereo, I started out with an Kenwood indash flipout DVD, custom door trims and the boot install. As you can see, I'm lazy and never finished them. (also available for sale)

I traded it because I bought my wife a VY SS Commodore (V8 crap) and got a little jealous of the power. Time to trade up I said. I got the MPS. October 2008. The Dunnydore was so crap compared to my MPS, we got rid of that too (for a Camry Sportivo) As you can see, I've kept the RX8 wheels, but, I just sprayed them matt black. As you can probably tell, I like black cars. Yes, I will be doing all the same audio mods to this one, doors and boot, but, I have 6 TVs this time around and bigger amps and subs, lol.

Feel free to post replies, The car is long gone now!

FYI: I traded the SP20 with 44,000kms @ 5 1/2 yrs old, I got $12,500 for it.

With your Sp20, did you have any worries fitting the RX8 rims? Did you have to use spacers?
