how low are ya?

I have 16" ROH rims and 1.5" king lowered springs (std suspension).
Its still to high though!

When the storms hit brissy a few weeks back and bush tree in the front yard got ripped out and landed on my car (its all fixed now), despite how pissed off I was....the weight of the tree pushed the springs down on the front so much the top of the tyre was sitting above the wheel arch. Now that looked noice! When the car got fixed it looked so high in comparison!
another 1" or so would suffice, seeing I dont have a bodykit (prospects arent lookin too flash) I figure just drop it on its guts instead

If I put adjustable konis on can I go lower or do u need lower springs (superlows available?) as well.

Don't know how they will be on the Astina but Koni sport adjustables made my 95 MX-5 into a different (as in wow!!) car. Improved the ride and the handling has gone from triffic to spectacular.

A few ppl here have the Koni yellows in their ride.. check with Cosmo Dude, Rupewrecht and there's possibly another one or 2 that have these dampers.. [Critter maybe, he's got a BJ SP20].

Myself... I went between 2" and 2½" lower.. it does look great and I have included a photo of before and after to give you a comparison of what a BA Astina looks like..

Cheers

How low am I? Let's just say I'm riding in the Jet Stream, but that's gonna change as of next year...

The Koni's are just fabulous.

But you would need lower springs as well.

The Koni's just damp the springs as needed.

get a kit man.... if your already low.....

you could go super lows, but then your prolly gonna scrub.... not good, you'll get it rolled, and then it will look high again!!!

or try adjustables... (coilovers) this will allow you to go from Mr.payner style 4WD to odd12c ahh **** not another body kit....

ok its not that wide, but you get the idea

No.. it was the real deal.. the lower than standard profile tyres made the gap look bigger I must admit, most 15" rims have 55+ sidewalls.. Mine are 205/50's..

Yes.. it looks ****e loads better!
