Oil pressure

Hi all, I have a 1995 1.8L auto hardtop and I just had an oil pressure gauge installed and I was wondering what the normal idle pressure should be. At idle in neutral its at about 20 psi but when I pull up at light etc in gear it can get lower than 10 psi. The auto electrician that installed it didn't reconnect the warning light for some reason so I don't know if its getting too low or not, what's the low point at which the light would normally come on?
