Installed the wiring for a doof doof woofer today...Clearly a female owned the car. Found many various type of rocks for braclets, a bracelet itself, a few tampons (Not used, making that clear), hair clips and about eleventy billion blonde hair strands under the seats.

Got the last bit of air out of the master cylinder and brakes are now up to spec.
The bigger bore brake master cylinder definitely provides a bit more transition as the brake pedal is depressed, and then solid brakes from there. I haven't given them a thorough test yet (as I was in traffic) but to see what they can do at some point. I will hopefully do the write-up in the project log tonight. On another note, I noticed that my front bumper was a bit off so I will get the front wheels off and play around with the brackets to get it better.

Speaking of brackets, is a group buy happening soon for brackets? I think we might have the numbers in the other thread - in group buys... |

Price was parts only. All parts will be fitted to a FS-ZE.

If its that low, why not just replace the belt, but if thats what jarrod has said to replace the whole kit, i guess it has to be...

its one of those things man. u have the engine out now and it takes what 2 hrs max to replace everything. with the motor in the car it will take nearly a hole day or longer to replace everything on the motor.. (water pump, timing belt, oil pump, thermostat, asorted seals)

Took the Astina out for a drive this evening.
Lost the water pump belt... Now I have to replace it this weekend and only 6 or so weeks from getting the BPD put in. Oh well I've been ignoring the squeeling too long anyway.

It's not the belt it's the PITA having to replace it. And Having to replace it because I put off 30 seconds of PM until it was too late.

so it isn't, so what? just use the BA's crank pulley and accessories like you should when using a BG engine in a BA!
oh and if you're using the GTX engine, it's likely it has a short crank nose... I'll call anyone an idiot who really wants to use the early crankshaft because they have so many issues with the crank pulleys... swap the crank with a known good one with new bearings from a long crank nose BP and call it a day.... don't even mess with the pistons/rings because you're getting into "rebuild" territory then! with the long crank nose you can run any late BG or BA pulleys you want with little worries!
