n00b question - How do i change my headlight globes

Ok, Ok,

I know this is a lame arse question, but it doesn't seem as simple as it was in my Corolla that, incidently didn't have pop up lights. I have a 1990 BG Astina. Before i went to change the standard globes for some ultra bright white globes and found i didn't have a clue how to do it ops: i also don't have a owners manual so i couldn't check there.

Can anyone give me some steps how to do it?
