But you'll need a full competition level license. Basically have to have passed the OLT. You then need a demonstrated history of competition.

You also need a compelling reason. The Mazdaspeed situation may be enough...but DOTARS are difficult that way. EVO 1-5 Lancers being AWD is not enough of a reason to be able to import them over the FWD ones sold here.
