mx5 wheels on my ba?

will a mx5 NB8B wheels fit a BA fine?? they're good wheels.. plus cheap and good quality!

haha i used photoshop to put it on my ride .. looks sick!

the mazdaspeed side skirt is from photoshop too

Yeah they look good but I would highly recommend lowering it as well.

oh btw will a wheel with 45mm offset and 6.5inch wide, 15inch fit a ba fine?

Standard BA V6 rims are 16"x6.5" with 45mm offset so they will fit like a glove. Different stud pattern but right size.

well i have another question .. i guess it's a different topic but well .. i've heard something about sparco racing wheels nuts ... and i was thinking to get a set of these.. http://forum.jdmstyletuning.com/showthread.php?t=20187

do you guys know much about that? will that be a pain in the ass to be put on? and any draw-back?

They look fine for the price. But i'd confirm about the wheel nuts though - sounds like they aren't the standard tapered-end type, or they're just narrow ones

yeah i've checked and he said they are

"tapered sparco wheel nuts and the nuts are 1.4 measurement (thread size)"

i have no idea if that's goin to fit or what .. can't find anything on google

just use regular 17mm nuts.

NA and NB MX5s and BA Astinas have the same wheel hub size, 54.1mm. Nothing to do with the nuts.

Regular 17mm chrome nuts brought from any auto parts retailer will fit those wheels. Need 12x1.5mm thread size.

sorry guys i sort of changed the topic so it's not about wheel nut on the mx5 wheels but on the one in the link above

oh lol they are the same as the original rims i had on the astina when i first bought it, except they were oz racing rims in 16x7

I'll rummage through and see if i can find an early pic

rims look good man, i dont know if its photoshop but the tyres look a little small. from memory mx5s has 195/50 R15s i would consider throwing 195/55s on

just my 2c
