Send the QLDers home - dinner/drinks this Saturday?

BoostedBatman and Nate are going to be in Melb on Saturday night (27/5)

Anyone interested in catching up for dinner or a few drinks?

Probably in the city as thats centralish for all.

Any takers?

Don't know if they made it here... As I said I didn't get a call from them (I'm guessing because of the time). But I'd guess they'd be very close by now as it would be near to 1800 k's from Melbourne going north from Albury. Going via Sydney would be at least 100-200 k's longer I think.

Yep, they've made it. Took a little longer due to a mechanical issue, but they made it. Don't think they went via sydney. I got smses from Forbes at 11am and Warwick at 9pm! They got home at midnight.

Apparently only one meeting with the boys in blue too.

That was with about 4-5 hours of delay too.

Pete's going to post up a thread about his weekend later. I'll leave the rest to him!

Yes I am I'm just wating for some pics of the weekend to turn up
Yes we did do the trip rather broken
Had to replace a left ball joint bolt 5 times and it lost around an hour each time as we had to decide which engine bolts would get the shaft
Funny story ahead
So 17hrs trip without the dramas (dont ask ) but empty roads lead to spirited driving

<------BTW Dan whats the record for the longest pash??
