Why on earth would you go a wider wheel on the rear of a FWD?

Hammo Static all the way! would love to stay static but with what I have planned static wont do Today 09:36 AM Ice88 You could just raise the car? problem solved... cause I don't want to ;P Today 09:32 AM smurfy How low to the ground is it? lowest point is 65mm Yesterday 10:04 PM ghetto3 More props for STATIC DROPS!!! you wont be disappointed with what is planned Yesterday 09:41 PM Rupewrecht Why on earth would you go a wider wheel on the rear of a FWD? cause I can ;P lol jk have seen many people in the states run staggard fitments and looks mad and I love dish man I love dish so that's why. anyway the reason im looking at bagging the laser is 1 to stop ruining my car and 2 cause im planning a massive system install with 2 18s 8000rms and cause a box that will take up 98% of the boot will weight quite a lot and cause I wanna ride low don't want rubbing scrapping while im driving so air will help achieve all my goals and will look sick slammed on the floor |

Can you even go over speedbumps? I like the more moderate slammed look, but damn if some of it doesn't look impractical, even for everyday driving. Although maybe the ones I see real low to the ground have all been bagged too...

forgot to post up prices for the air set up for everyone lol
ksport basic 3000 upgraded compressor and tank 400 accuir air management 500 so 4gz don't think I will go with this set up lol will be going with the following kw v2 coilovers 1900 stock strut mounts 200 aac lateral link kit 600 $2700 but will achieve how I want my car to ride and handle. the aac kit to bring the rear end in slighty so I can reduce camber in the rear and eliminate all rubbing in the rear. the kw's wont go heaps low like the bc's but they will go about the same as super lows which is fine for what i want the car to do. and the ride will be 100xs better then the bc's should have bought them instead of the bc's loved the way the kw's felt in my brothers bmw m5 wasn't to bumpy wasn't to stiff which I loved about them but couldn't afford them at the time I bought the bc's so time to rectify the mistake stay tuned |
