Started cleaning the interior of the Civic, and gave the C-pillar a bit of a polish to see how the paint would come up.

Lol no, no VTEC. VTEC is ridiculously overrated anyway.

Have acquired a 95 EG Civic Hatch from the missus' father - he got himself a new MKVI Golf GTI, and so gave us his old civic which had been sitting for a while due to a rooted water pump. So it's just a 'fix and sell' type of thing.

I don't like driving it at all - the steering is vague, the accelerator progression is just rubbish...oh, and it's auto. The sooner it's gone the better!

But still needs some work - the interior needs a clean as it's an ex-smokers car, and it's red so all the paint is oxidised. Other than that, it's in good condition. Well, now that the water pump/timing belt has been done at a ridiculous cost...

the new R32 isnt a v6 anymore
its the old 2.0 turbo from the 5 generation GTI just tuned up a bit more
its a little disappointing
my dad was thinking of getting one till he found out (needs to replace his VT commo)
now he is getting a 2.0 diseal turbo golf
has to tow the race bikes

the dials in the dash have this kind of green stuff on the back
if you take some sand paper to it and rub it all off it comes up white
the leds while show thru a lot better and the colour will be blue
not bluey green
leds behind everything

bought some rubber pedals off ebay, over the cheap slip-on aluminium ones I bought from supersh!t, as they are looking all tatty and kinda dangerous if you get your feet/shoes wet... Also purchased a cheap AutoExe resin decal, might throw it on somewhere...
