And the benefit of the PWR over the Mishimoto? not worth the extra coin, when I can get a mishimoto shipped for just over $300...

PWR is more than twice the price of a shipped no matter where you buy it from.
Doubt it, but its the usual "I can't be @rsed shipping this for you so I will tell you porkies and give you a ridiculous cost".

Other than Corssover or Protege Garage, where can i get some good engine mounts? (stiffer than stock) It's becoming urgent..

Pretty sure Sikwitt bought his engine mounts from Pete @ Wholesale Suspension, or you could try Tony from AWR
